My little guy with his team banner – 2017 season

This year my son is playing with Lincoln Little League on a single A division team. I hear that this league is one of the biggest leagues in Northern California and so far he has been having a blast with his new team mates and coaches. I volunteered to do their team banner. It is something that they can hang up at every game and they are all stoked to see their names.

The team is the Hooks. Now when I first heard the team name, I was so confused as to what the mascot/logo would be. I assumed it was going to be a pirate or something fierce, but it ended up being just a fish hook. Which ended up being fine because we actually like fishing. The original logo, which I have to mention that I did not design, is from a minor league team in Texas, the Corpus Christie Hooks. It is actually a pretty good logo.

I’m so happy I got to help out the team in my own little way. They had the banner in time for their big opening day ceremonies and proudly marched with it in front of them which warmed my heart. Go Hooks! Have a great season.
