This year Johnny is in kindergarten. He is 5 and lately loves playing with those classic little green army men. My husband is a combat veteran, so you can imagine how my little guy looks up to him. 🙂

So this year we did an army themed valentine for his class. Instead of the typical candy valentine, we gave out little army men. It was a nice change and I didn’t have to feel guilty about contributing to cavities and dentist bills. Ha!

I went to dollar store and found a bag of them there. Score! Unfortunately they didn’t have green ones, but no worries, I just changed up the design to desert cammo.

He loved putting them together for his class.
